Scarves

I shall be bringing the scarves with me next Tuesday rehearsal.

When we originally purchased the scarves each member contributed £5 towards the cost.  We ask that you also do the same.

Thanks.

Meg

Notices 18th November 2025

The choir have been invited and have accepted, an invitation to sing at Lutterworth U3A annual lunch, on Tuesday 10th February 2026, at Lutterworth Golf Club. Further details to follow.

Catherine (Jenkins) will be playing the piano in the Methodist Church, from 6.15p.m. on the night of the Christmas Lights switch on, if any choir member would like to join her for an informal "sing song."

From the first Thursday in January 2026 there will be a monthly get together of choir members, for tea/coffee etc, time and venue to be advised nearer the time.

Uniform for Christmas Concert

Just a reminder, especially for anyone who was not at choir on Tuesday evening, we will not be wearing our Christmas corsage this year.  Our uniform for the 13th December concert is black trousers, a plain black top (I would suggest long sleeved, as it can be cold), turquoise scarves and black closed in shoes or boots.  Please speak to Meg if you need a scarf.

2016

We sang Freedom is coming, Whistle Down the Wind, Benedictus, and Lollipop.

Change of venue for Rehearsal

On Tuesday December 2nd our rehearsal will be in the upstairs room of the Town Hall, in the market square, Lutterworth.  We have the room from 6.45p.m.until 8.30p.m.  There is a lift for those who cannot manage the stairs.  Help will be needed to set out and stack away the chairs.  Please wear something warm, it is a large, draughty room.
